Mount Kerinci stands tall at 3805m, towering over the Sumatran landscape. It is the highest volcano in Indonesia and the highest peak in Sumatra. On this 2 day trek you will be surrounded by the lush forest of Kerinci Seblat National Park, home to the endangered species of Sumatran Tiger Sumatran Rhinoceros.
You will experience the local village life by staying at a homestay before and after the climb. During the trek, you will be camping in the mountains where you can look for miles and see stars-filled night sky.
