Nordic Walking UK featured on BBC Breakfast Show

"It was started by cross country skiers, but you don't need any snow to take up "Nordic walking". It claims to give a full body work-out, but without a running trainer or gym machine in sight. Later this week, the UK's first Nordic Walking festival, will take place in Dorset. Breakfast's Mike Bushell has been onto the Purbeck Hills to meet some competitors and fans of the sport." - BBC Breakfast
