Mount Kilimanjaro, Tanzania (2 - 9 Dec 2018)

The only all women’s group throughout the trek with 2 children aged 10 and 11. A phenomenal success for the team and a beautiful journey shared by 11 strong trekkers. A year of planning, preparation and training has brought us together in this life changing trek of a lifetime.

As one team we climbed Mount Kilimanjaro with care as she has inspired wonder and respect throughout history. Although our intent was to scale the peak to the highest point in Africa, we trekked slowly and found it fascinating at all levels. We took time to appreciate the surroundings, to explore the mountain below the summit and enjoyed every stone, flowers, trees and fabulous vistas we saw - such priceless beauty. Our time together has been truly enjoyable and rewarding to say the least.

The group then enjoyed a memorable post trek experience.
