MOUNT KERINCI, SUMATRA, INDONESIA (26-29 SEP 2019)

“In life, you will realize there is a role for everyone you meet. Some will test you, some will use you, some will love you, and some will teach you. But the ones who are truly important are the ones who bring out the best in you. They are the rare and amazing people who remind you why it’s worth it.” ~ unknown

These Amazing Trekkers brought out the best and the bravest in one another as we were all reminded that competition can only make us faster but through teamwork and collaboration, we only get better.

Congratulations to Trek Leader Hazleen and our second Team Kerinci this year; Constance, Sheila, Asmita, Syaz, Agata and Marta for overcoming the difficulties and challenges throughout the trek and for being their best selves.

Mount Kerinci is situated in Jambi province, the highest mountain in Sumatra island & Indonesia, and the second highest mountain in Indonesia after Gunung Jaya / Carstenz in Papua.”
