GUNUNG PANTI, MALAYSIA (19 May 2018)

On the 19th May, 5 ATC members and trek leader Anja Poehlmann climbed Gunung Panti, which stands 531m tall in the north of Kota Tinggi, Johor.

The 4 hour return trek wound its way through the beautiful jungle and just before reaching the summit, the trail presented the trekkers with a little challenge. This involved climbing up an almost vertical rock wall with the help of ropes. Our local guides expertly guided them through this challenge.

Once back at the trailhead they visited the popular Kota Tinggi waterfall to refresh themselves under the cold water. The day finished with a local dinner before returning to Singapore. Another great weekend adventure!
