GUNUNG BELUMUT (13 OCT 2018)

It is always nice to make the most of a weekend. No better way than to explore on a trek. It was a muddy, slippery trek for 8 amazing ladies, up to the summit of Gunung Belumut (1,010m) in Malaysia. "We climbed over fallen trees, pulled ourselves up on roots and tree trunks and slid down on slippery slopes. Luckily the weather god was on our side. It did not rain and we only met a few leeches.”

Congratulations ladies - Anja, Shaz, Valerie, Johanne, Zayaan, Sari, Jacquie and Magdalene - and thank you 🙏🏼 so much for carrying our flag with pride and for encouraging one another to keep going. It’s a simple gesture that goes a long way.
