GUNUNG BELUMUT, MALAYSIA

GUNUNG BELUMUT, MALAYSIA

Weekends can pass by so quickly, but then sometimes you throw in a quick one-day adventure and feel so much more energised for it!

It’s absolutely amazing how a day hike in Malaysia with some mud, rain, leeches of course, sunshine, tree roots, ropes and great friends can refresh you for weeks ahead.

On several Saturday's this year ATC ladies have headed to Gunung Belumut (1010m) for just this! Some for a day adventure and others to do endurance training for larger climbs (Mt Rinjani, Snow Mt, Mt Fuji). One thing is for sure, we all end the day stronger, happier, with a greater sense of achievement for our efforts.. as well as ready for bed.
